Aditya BN & Co was founded in 2011. Since then we have grown to offer services across accounting, taxation and advisory functions to wealthy individuals and corporate clients with respect to business or compliance matters in India. Our clients are spread all across India. We are also a one-stop service for any India-specific needs of NRIs. We untangle financial traps that plague businesses and help them stay on top of frequently changing deadlines or regulations. We provide focused input and analysis required to understand the numbers and make sound, risk-balanced decisions that help drive growth or stabilize transitions.

Aditya Bellur Nagaraj, proprietor of Aditya BN & Co., is a Chartered Accountant and a qualified lawyer.  He did his articleship with CA B.S. Nagaraj, H. Vishnu & Co. and with Wipro Ltd (secondment) in their internal audit division.  During articleship, Aditya presented papers on International tax and Minimum Alternate Tax in Ahmedabad, Delhi and Chennai in the CA Students Forum.  Post qualification in 2008, he joined SR Batliboi & Associates (a network firm of Ernst & Young) and worked for 3.5 years in the tax division.

Aditya has experience in individual taxation, corporate tax and service tax areas, as well as in regulatory areas and has assisted in advising companies on regulatory and tax issues.  He has assisted companies in the technology, venture capital and pharma sectors on matters ranging from entry strategies for foreign investment, amalgamation and demerger, slump sale, advise on filing of application before AAR and compensation structuring apart from regular compliance related work for direct and indirect tax and labour law related compliances.
