Cancellation Policy
We can cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of appointment time. The request has to be made at admin@abnca.in with your email ID used during registration.

Refund Policy
A Refund will be done of 80% of basic amount plus applicable GST subject to receipt of valid cancellation as per cancellation policy. Refund will be made to the bank account as indicated in the e-mail within 10 working days of receipt of cancellation confirmation.

Illustration: A makes an appointment by paying Rs 5000 plus 18% GST of Rs 900 ie Rs 5900. A cancels the appointment within time (valid cancellation). A will be reimbursed Rs 4000 plus 18% GST ie Rs 360. So total refund will be Rs 4,360.
